Body Mass Index (BMI) and XLS Medical Max Strength
For XLS Medical Max Strength to be clinically appropriate for you, your BMI should be 25 or above. You can quickly calculate your BMI by entering your height and weight into our BMI calculator.
How does it work?
The active ingredient in XLS Medical Max Strength binds certain digestive enzymes so that they are unable to break down the fat, carbohydrates and sugar molecules. These are transformed into a fat-fibre complex too large to be absorbed and they pass through your system to be excreted as waste. Since most of the carbs, sugar and fat from your diet is being blocked from being absorbed, the calorie intake is in turn decreased as well.
Additionally, the tablets lower the blood sugar and insulin levels, managing the blood glucose and so limiting food cravings.
How should I take XLS Medical Max Strength?
Take 2 tablets with water 30 minutes before your main meals (whichever 2 meals you eat the most). Do not take more than 4 tablets a day.
Do not crush or break these tablets as this can make them less effective.
Is XLS Medical Max Strength effective?
Studies has shown that it help you to lose three times more weight than by dieting and exercising alone and is up to 33% more effective for weight loss.
How fast does it work?
Weight loss takes time and commitment and depending on your weight loss targets, it is recommended that you take XLS Medical Max Strength for at least one month to see results.
Can I take these with other medication?
