I have previously used the service and been really impressed with the efficiency and service however on this occasion despite completing my order in advance of when it was required and using next day delivery service (allowing giving plenty of time in case of delays and taking into consideration working days ) my order did not arrive in time, infact it didn’t arrive until several days after it should have.Perhaps pharmica should reconsider their delivery provider as you can’t fault the service and the detailed assessment prior to confirming eligibility but the delivery company has let them down. I had to go on holiday without my medication which was really inconvenient.
Despite issues with delivery and not receiving the product on time, the ease of ordering, assessment and the product itself is excellent
